Seller Agreement
General Provisions
This Agreement regulates the terms of use of the platform by sellers who list products for sale.
By creating a seller account or publishing a product on the platform, the user confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
The platform provides a technical and informational service for product listings, interaction between buyers and sellers, as well as payment processing and payouts.
Who Can Sell
A seller may be:
-an individual;
-a sole proprietor / self-employed entrepreneur;
-a legal entity.
The platform may request:
-identity verification;
-payout details;
-business registration documents;
-proof of product origin.
Seller Responsibility
The seller confirms that they have the right to sell listed products and bears full responsibility for:
-accuracy of product descriptions;
-authenticity of products;
-relevance of photos;
-compliance with applicable laws.
The seller is solely responsible for taxes, business registration, and other legal obligations.
Sales Without Business Registration
The platform allows individuals to list products.
In case of regular sales activity, high transaction volume, or signs of commercial activity, the platform may request confirmation of the seller’s business status.
Product Listings
The seller undertakes:
-use real product photos;
-accurately describe product condition;
-not copy other listings;
-not list prohibited items.
The platform reserves the right to remove:
-suspicious listings;
-counterfeit products;
-products that violate platform rules or laws.
Platform Commission
The platform may charge a commission for successful sales.
Our fees are 12% + 3% payment processing fee.
Payments and Payouts
The platform may receive payments from buyers, deduct service fees, and transfer the remaining balance to the seller.
Payouts are made to the payment details provided by the seller.
In case of disputes, suspicious activity, or additional verification requirements, the platform may temporarily suspend payouts.
Prohibited Products
The following products are prohibited on the platform:
-counterfeit goods;
-stolen items;
-products prohibited by law.
The platform reserves the right to remove such listings and block accounts without prior notice.
Returns and Disputes
In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, the platform may:
-request additional evidence;
-temporarily hold payouts;
-make decisions based on the provided materials.
The platform does not guarantee dispute resolution in favor of either party.
Account Suspension
The platform may temporarily or permanently restrict seller access in cases of:
-fraud;
-sale of counterfeit products;
-rule violations;
-user complaints;
-suspicious financial activity.
Changes to the Agreement
The platform reserves the right to modify these Seller Rules at any time.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website.
