All shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply depending on their country or region.

All customs duties on imports into Ukraine are included in the price. However, there may occasionally be temporary delays due to random checks of goods at the border.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

Shipping payment is completed before dispatch. After payment, our manager will provide a payment confirmation and shipment tracking number.

Estimated rates:

• European countries — €10–30

• USA — $50–100

• Middle East — €20–50

Worldwide shipping usually takes between 6–12 business days.

During Black Friday and Christmas periods, delivery times may increase due to high order volumes.

If the quality of services provided by Nova Poshta does not meet your expectations, you may submit a claim in several ways:

-through the mobile app, personal account, or tracking system;

-by contacting the Nova Poshta support center;

-at any Nova Poshta branch;

-through a business customer support representative.

Identification details may be required when submitting a claim.

The average claim processing time is up to 3 business days.

Currently, we use Nova Poshta as our delivery service provider.

Since 8CREW operates as a marketplace and most products are not physically stored in our warehouse, the average standard delivery time is between 6–20 business days.

During Black Friday and Christmas periods, delivery may take longer due to high order volumes and possible courier delays.

Products already available in our Ukrainian warehouse are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

After placing your order, we will keep you informed about your order status and any possible delays.

We strongly recommend placing orders in advance to allow enough time for delivery.

It is important for buyers to receive their orders on time.

After an item is sold, the seller has 2 business days to ship it to our authentication center.

Missing this deadline may result in a $5 USD penalty. Repeated delays may lead to additional penalties or temporary selling restrictions on the platform.

8crew acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer during the sales process. This means that all sales on the platform are processed through the 8crew system.

To simplify the sales and payout process, the platform may automatically generate the necessary documents or invoices on behalf of the seller.

After a successful sale and order confirmation, the seller will receive an email notification with the sale details.

The seller is solely responsible for:

-complying with tax regulations;

-accurate tax reporting;

-storing required documents in accordance with applicable laws.

The platform allows individuals to sell items without a registered business.

In cases of regular sales activity or signs of commercial activity, 8crew may request confirmation of business status.

By listing items on the platform, sellers agree to comply with the Seller Rules and platform policies.

8crew reserves the right to remove listings or restrict account access in case of rule violations.

Our fees are 12% + 3% payment processing fee.

A detailed price breakdown is shown when listing your item.

If a buyer wants to cancel an order or request a refund, 8crew will review each case individually and notify the seller.

If the request is approved and the buyer qualifies for a refund under our policies, 8crew will process the refund and may deduct the required amount from the seller.

In the event of a return, we may charge:

-a 12% processing fee based on the sale price;

-the return shipping cost back to the seller.

After your item is successfully sold and authenticated, the funds will become available in your 8crew wallet.

You may:

-use the balance for future purchases;

-or withdraw the funds to your bank account.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days after submission.

Withdrawals are available only in UAH, and bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Payouts are made exclusively to IBAN bank accounts.

With 8crew, you can buy and sell both new and used items.

To start selling, you must first create an 8crew account.

At the top of the homepage, you will find the “Sell” section. After entering it, you will be able to choose the product you want to list from the catalog.

You can then select the size, set your price, and add photos if necessary.
