The adidas Handball Spezial Collegiate Green Gum finds inspiration in indoor handball shoes from the 1970s and updates the silhouette with a vibrant, varsity colorway.
While Collegiate Green is the dominant color across the upper, Cloud White details add contrast. The serrated 3-Stripes logo on the side panels, the collar lining, and the heel tab come in Cloud White. The sneaker also features retro-inspired branding, including ‘SPEZIAL’ printed along the 3-Stripes logo on the lateral side panel in metallic silver lettering. The tongue’s logo tag displays a rectangular logo tag that reads ‘adidas HANDBALL SPEZIAL’ in Cloud White lettering. Like other Handball Spezial models, the "Collegiate Green Gum" version features a semi-transparent gum rubber outsole.
Something our StockX experts like is the inclusion of Cloud White laces. The color choice gives the sneaker tonal balance. The adidas Handball Spezial Collegiate Green Gum was released on August 7th, 2023, and retailed for a price of $110.
