The Nike Romaleos 4 White Black was released as part of Nike’s evolving Olympic weightlifting shoe, optimized for absolute stability, a lockdown fit, and efficient power transfer. This updated design arrives in a white/white-black colorway.
The Nike Romaleos 4 White Black was designed in a supportive midsole that sits on a flat, wide outsole, with pliant straps over the laces at the midfoot to lock your foot during extreme workouts. The heel-to-toe drop minimizes the ankle flex at the bottom of a lift, aiding explosiveness off the ground. The shoe’s wide heel provides a more stable foundation during heavy lifts, while heavy-duty rubber treads ensure maximum traction.
Something our experts highlight about the Romaleos 4 in White Black is the supportive midsole and a flat, wide outsole designed for stability and strength, and an adjustable strap to secure the foot during workouts. The Nike Romaleos 4 White Black was released on April 1st, 2020, and retailed for $200.
